Vytora Health LLC and their respective affiliates (collectively, "Vytora Health", "we", "us", or "our") own and operate the websites located at vytorahealth.com. The Sites facilitate the provision of Services to registered users.
The Services may include: providing information on health care and wellness; providing pharmacy services; development and gathering of health care records; administrative support for scheduling and payment; and telecommunications support for access to health care providers through Wasef Health, P.A. and similar affiliated professional entities.
Certain Services are currently only available to individuals in certain states. To qualify to use the Services: you must be age 18 or over; you must be located in a state where we operate; and you must agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. Satisfying these requirements does not guarantee that you will receive Services through Vytora Health.
Telemedicine involves the delivery of health care services using electronic communications between a health care provider and a patient who are not in the same physical location. The electronic systems used in the Services incorporate network and software security protocols to protect the privacy and security of health information. Please see our Consent to Telehealth for a description of the risks and benefits of telemedicine.
Vytora Health understands the importance of confidentiality and privacy regarding your health information. Please see our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices for descriptions of how we may collect, use, and disclose your information. Both are incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.
Vytora Health does not provide any medical services. Rather, Vytora Health provides a technology platform for you to access a health care provider employed or contracted with Wasef Health, P.A. or similar affiliated professional entities. The health and wellness resources made available through our Services are not a substitute for direct in-person health care services in all cases.
By accepting the Terms of Use, you agree and consent to Vytora Health, Vytora Health affiliates, or health care providers sending you disclosures, notices, messages, reports, and other communications. It is your responsibility to monitor these communications.
By opting-in to receive text (SMS) messages from Vytora Health, you consent to receiving text messages regarding your account and use of the Services. These may include order confirmations, shipping notifications, messages from your healthcare provider, and promotional notifications to the extent you have opted in. You are responsible for all messaging and data charges that may apply. Neither Vytora Health nor your mobile carrier will be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
