We refer to the Websites, Apps, and other services provided by Vytora Health together in this Privacy Policy as the "Services." This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use.

We are committed to providing you with meaningful choices about information collected on our website for third-party purposes. However, we do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

Affiliates and Subsidiaries. We may share information within any Vytora Health member or group to deliver products and services, ensure a consistent level of service, and enhance our products and your experience.

Protection of Vytora Health and Others. You acknowledge and accept that we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to, through, or on our Services or via the Internet, and that any such transmission is at your own risk.

If you are a California resident, California law requires us to provide you with additional information regarding how we collect, use, and share your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA").

Categories of personal information we collect include: identifiers and contact information; commercial and transactional information; financial information; internet or other network or device activity; geolocation information; demographic and statistical data; user-generated content; and customer service data.
